Surprise at the gas station: Fuel prices for all types of fuel have risen in Ukraine.

Ukrainian drivers have received another unpleasant news – gasoline prices have once again increased. According to the Minfin portal, as of June 17, 2025, fuel prices have risen.
"Premium gasoline A-95 has risen by 15 kopecks – now costs 60.95 hryvnias per liter, regular gasoline A-95 has increased by 21 kopecks and now stands at 56.49 hryvnias, while gasoline A-92 has risen by 22 kopecks – to 54.23 hryvnias per liter"
This has direct consequences for the wallets of car owners and transport companies. The price of autogas has also increased by 7 kopecks and stands at 34.23 hryvnias per liter, however, it remains more cost-effective compared to other types of fuel.
The increase in fuel prices is felt by every driver in Ukraine, which may lead to a reduction in car usage or a search for alternative fuel sources. The rising gasoline prices may also impact the level of inflation and the economy of the country as a whole.
The rise in gasoline prices does not add optimism to Ukrainian drivers, as it may impact their budgets and economic activity. This situation can also reflect on the overall inflation rate and have consequences for the country's economic development.
