'Consumer rights protection is our priority. We promptly respond to cases of unjustified tariff increases, as transparency and fairness in their formation is a basic right of every citizen, not an exception,' emphasized Deputy Head of the Service Andrii Kreitor.
To receive compensation in case of doubts about the accuracy of the calculations, citizens can contact the State Service or file a complaint online. After a short Time, they will be able to receive reimbursement.
