The article discusses that according to the legislation of Ukraine 'On mobilization preparedness and mobilization', not all military liable individuals are subject to mobilization from July 1. There are various legal grounds that allow a person to obtain a temporary exemption or completely avoid conscription. In particular, age restrictions and medical contraindications can be reasons for exemption from military service. At the same Time, there are other grounds for obtaining a deferral, such as disability, difficult family circumstances, or the need for material support for three or more minor children. Additional grounds for obtaining a deferral include caring for relatives who cannot care for themselves, the loss of a loved one in the war, and critically important activities. The law provides clear conditions under which one can obtain a deferral or complete exemption from military service, particularly in the case of serious medical issues. For many citizens, these grounds may be crucial to avoid conscription into military service.
