The Polish parliament has adopted a strict reform of road legislation that strengthens drivers' accountability for dangerous behavior on the roads. New rules have been introduced, according to which drivers participating in illegal races, drifting, or performing stunts on motorcycles, or driving over 210 km/h on the highway, can face imprisonment from three months to five years.Additionally, the new legislation provides for the confiscation of vehicles for serious offenses and even a lifelong ban on driving for drivers who systematically violate the rules. These new rules will come into effect one month after approval. All this indicates the seriousness of the Polish authorities' intentions to combat dangerous behavior on the roads.
