The Pension Fund of Ukraine revealed a new opportunity for pensioners with disabilities: who will receive 70% of the payment.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine reported that even a person receiving a disability pension can make a charitable donation. This was announced by the PFU press service.
Many Ukrainians who have been forced to leave their homes due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine have become internally displaced persons. The report shows that social protection and support are particularly important for people with disabilities.
One of the questions that arises is whether a charitable donation can be made to a woman who receives a disability pension and is registered as an IDP?
A personalized charitable donation can be made for the benefit of a pensioner regardless of the type, amount, and timing of the pension assigned to them. 70% of the donation amount is directed to the pensioner themselves, while the remaining 30% is used for pension payments in general.
It is worth noting that to make a charitable donation, one must use the website portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine without authorization and submission of personal data.
Earlier, double payments were allowed from 2025.
