Sky News reports: 'The spokesperson for the German Foreign Ministry stated that negotiations are underway regarding the implementation of the terms. It concerns who will bear the costs and how they will be financed.'
German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius traveled to Washington for an official visit on July 14. A meeting is planned with Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth to discuss further support for Ukraine in connection with Russian aggression.
In particular, Volodymyr Zelensky has reported an agreement on payment by Germany and Norway for three Patriot systems for Ukraine. Negotiations are also ongoing regarding the supply of two complexes from the US and the manufacturer.
