The worst moment: experts give a troubling forecast regarding the reduction of US aid to Ukraine.

Ukraine is receiving less support from the West at the worst possible moment. This opinion was expressed by former Commander of the US Army in Europe, Lieutenant General Mark Hertling. He claims that Russia is currently in a poor state both economically and militarily, and for this reason, the West should not reduce support for Ukraine.
Now is the worst possible moment. Let me emphasize that I truly believe that Russia is in very poor condition not only because of its army but also because of its economy, - said Hertling.
Hertling also supported the efforts of the new US President Donald Trump to end the conflict, but this should not happen by reducing aid to Ukraine.
Now is the Time to continue to put pressure on the Russian government and specifically on Mr. Putin and end this, - he emphasized.
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna shared his views on the situation. According to him, the West should support Ukraine, which is defending the interests of the West, at least partially.
Ukrainians are fighting not only for themselves and for us, but instead of us, - he stated.
In his opinion, the introduction of additional sanctions against Russia, including the oil sector, while maintaining support for Ukraine, will be a way to weaken Russia's positions before peace negotiations.
Peace must come through strength, - he added, repeating a phrase often used by Trump.
It is worth noting that Trump reported on 'very serious discussions' with Russia.
