A part of the population in Sumy region is left without power due to Russian strike.

Today, July 7, an attack occurred on a critical infrastructure facility in the Sumy region, reported the head of the Sumy regional state administration, Oleg Hryhorov. The Russian occupation army carried out shelling, causing a power outage in a certain part of the region. Currently, restoration work is being carried out.
In addition, attacks on civilian infrastructure continue in the region. Information indicates that two people were injured as a result of shelling from a combat drone, and civilian buildings were damaged. Earlier, Russia had already attacked other cities in Ukraine using drones, causing damage to Territorial recruitment centers in Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia.
Since the beginning of Russia's occupation of Ukrainian territory, the troops continue to attack critical infrastructure and civilian objects, causing significant damage and posing a threat to the lives of the civilian population. Ukrainian military personnel and rescuers continue to work on-site to immediately restore damaged facilities and ensure the safety of local residents.
