According to the results of the InnovaWorking project study, this is not only a realistic but also an effective work model that contributes to increased productivity and improved work-life balance for employees.The study included companies from Spain, France, and the Netherlands and showed that a reduced work week, flexible schedules, and the ability to work remotely positively affect productivity and reduce employee turnover.
